Admin Assistant (613886)- Diagnostics buy in US, Free Classifieds Ads

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a service-oriented multi-tasker to support the Diagnostics business unit and handle a combination of business and administrative functions for the business. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the business, independently performing diversified administrative, clerical, and support functions. Acts with sufficient latitude, individual initiative, and decision-making authority to assist the management team and other staff. The Administrative Assistant position requires a welcoming disposition and strong communication and interactive skills. In addition, the position necessitates tremendous organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to perform multiple tasks successfully. Computer skills and the ability to learn new programs quickly are beneficial to success in this position.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to management team that may span across various teams and levels within the department and/or business unit
Maintain and organize materials for various reports, briefings, and projects
Serve as a communication liaison between various levels of personnel by relaying instructions and information, and following commitments through to completion
Arrange conference calls, organize and coordinate meetings, and/or manage travel arrangements
Prepare correspondence and presentation materials, receive visitors, maintain records and other administrative duties as assigned
Assist with the orientation and training support of new hires
May serve as HR liaison between corporate office and local site
Other duties as assigned

Flexible to incoming tasks with a willingness to take on more
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Education/Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-3 years related, progressively responsible office experience
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
Travel Requirements
Up to 10%
